SUMMARY:Sleep in Heavenly Peace Serve Project
DESCRIPTION:We want to be FOR our community\, not just IN it\, and we want to do so on a regular basis! Join us in being the hands and feet to our community on the second Saturday of every month as we serve with Sleep in Heavenly Peace. At SIHP\, their mission is that no child sleeps on the floor in our town. Through this ministry partner\, we help build\, deliver\, and set up beds in homes all across Kansas City for children who otherwise may have nothing to sleep on. \nWe’d love for you to join us at one of these projects and see first-hand the impact we’re having on kids’ lives in our community. SUMMARY:Journey Ladies Serve Social
DESCRIPTION:Grab a friend and join us for Serve Social—a morning designed just for women to connect\, laugh\, and make a difference together! We’ll spend a couple of hours assembling hygiene kits for our Community Impact team’s hygiene item distribution. \nIt’s a fun\, low-pressure way to build friendships\, give back\, and invite someone who might not otherwise walk through the doors on a Sunday. Come ready to serve\, hang out\, and leave encouraged. Sign up to bring items to donate here and to let us know you’re coming. We can’t wait to see you there!
