SUMMARY:Community Christmas Adoptions
DESCRIPTION:Bring joy to a child this Christmas and share the love of Jesus through Christmas Adoptions! Each year\, we have the opportunity to bless families in our community by providing gifts for children from two of our Community Impact partner organizations\, Coldwater and Journey for Life. When you “adopt” a child\, you’re not just giving presents—you’re reminding them that they are seen\, valued\, and loved. Living for Jesus means serving others\, and this is a simple but powerful way to do just that. Stop by the atrium before or after service to choose a child or family to adopt and help make their Christmas truly magical. \nTags will be available in the Community Impact area of our atrium starting November 9th\, and gifts are due back no later than December 7th. Help us show families in our community the love of Christ in action by adopting a child or family this Christmas!

SUMMARY:When the Holidays Hurt: A Grief Workshop
DESCRIPTION:While the holidays are typically a time of joy\, family\, and excitement\, we recognize that for many\, the holidays can also be painful\, lonely\, and isolating. If you find yourself feeling this way\, we want to come alongside you and support you during this difficult season. We’ll be hosting an evening workshop on Tuesday\, November 14th from 6:30 to 7:30 P.M. here at the church. Join Journey elder and grief counselor Jeff O’Dell at this brief workshop addressing grief\, particularly grief during the holidays. Please note that childcare will not be available for this. You can register for this workshop here.
