WELCOME TO JOURNEY. WELCOME HOME.
We know finding a new church near you can be intimidating, but we’re so glad you found us. Here at Journey Church in Lee’s Summit, we truly do want you to feel like our church community is your home. No matter how old you are, what your marital status is, where you live, what season of life you’re in, or how far you are in your walk with Christ, we want you to feel welcomed with open arms and find a place where you can get plugged in.
There’s so much more to us than our services on Sunday, and we hope you’ll take a look at some of the other things we have to offer you.
GROWTH TRACK
You can begin Growth Track at any time. Each month Growth Track starts with stepONE on the first Sunday and ends with stepFOUR on the fourth Sunday. During months with five Sundays, we also offer stepFIVE.
- stepONE: become a partner
- stepTWO: discover your design
- stepTHREE: develop your leadership
- stepFOUR: join the team and a group
- stepFIVE: follow Jesus
We meet each week in the Growth Track room across from the Worship Center at 10:30. StepFIVE is offered at 10:30 in the Growth Track Room and at 12:30 in the Auditorium.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
JOURNEY KIDS MINISTRY
Our prayer and hope as a ministry is to encourage and equip parents as spiritual leaders, to introduce kids to other adults who show Jesus through the way they lead and teach, and to connect kids to age-appropriate teaching so they can learn about Jesus!
JOURNEY STUDENT MINISTRY
Student Night is a place where your students will hear the Gospel and build relationships. Our Wednesday nights highlight three key components: experience through corporate worship, equipping through Biblical teaching, and engaging in small groups.
SPIRITUAL CARE
When you are hurting or have spiritual care needs, our Spiritual Care Team and Care Groups are ready to help and encourage you.
GROUPS AT JOURNEY
Our Discipleship Groups are designed for every stage of life and level of biblical knowledge. We would love to help you find a group to grow spiritually and find community.
