PURPOSE

The Production Director plays a key role in overseeing and executing the technical aspects of worship services that support the church’s mission and vision. This role will work closely with the Worship Arts Director, oversee Production staff, and direct multiple volunteer teams, to ensure high quality audio, lighting, and stage management within all our environments on campus. This position will ensure a captivating and compelling sonic & visual experience that fulfills the mission of the church by engaging and inspiring attenders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizational Leadership: Serve as Department Lead over Production staff who work under your leadership to serve the needs of the church. Effectively direct and lead staff with strong team culture values and serve as supervisor of their growth, development, and execution of ministry needs.
  • Team Growth & Shepherding: Spend intentional time each week recruiting new Production Team Volunteers and building relationships with, shepherding, and caring for existing Production Team volunteers.
  • Service Production: Lead the Production Volunteer/Contractor teams to support all service execution – Lighting, Audio, Building AVL, Stage Management
  • Broadcast Audio: Lead and develop a Broadcast Audio volunteer team that will create incredible audio mixes for livestream broadcast
  • Event Production: Serve as Production Event Manager for various other ministries with their corresponding rooms, needs, and communication channels.
  • Equipment & Asset Management: Maintain and manage audio equipment, software, and hardware assets, ensuring all technical needs are met for event production.
  • Collaboration & Volunteer Coordination: Work with other department leaders, contractors, interns, and volunteers to execute at a high level.
  • Budgeting: Own, update, and manage the Production Dept. budget, ensuring all projects remain within budget. This includes tracking all current hardware inventory, communicating if-and-when a replacement or update is needed, and forecasting and budgeting for contractors as necessary.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on audio and production trends, techniques, and technology to enhance the church’s production quality and presence.
  • Off-Site Events: Work with other ministry leaders to assist in off-site camps and retreats that require Production & Worship elements. Be on-site at those venues to ensure quality of experience for attenders, and execution of volunteer/intern roles.
  • Personal Development: Participate in ongoing training and leadership development activities as assigned by the Worship Director or other church leadership.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other production/media needs as required, including new gear installs, bi-annual stage plot refresh, and general technical upgrades to rooms and building.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in live event & church production, including audio mixing, service directing, and team leadership
  • Proficiency in Allen & Heath audio consoles, MA lighting consoles, ProTools, Q-Sys Control, and Dante network platform
  • Familiarity with LED wall rigging, hanging, and electrical system integration is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with church staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in audio, media, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

PURPOSE

To focus on developing and executing digital media strategies to effectively communicate the church’s message, engage the community, and promote various church initiatives. The Digital Content Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining the church’s online presence and enhancing its digital outreach efforts. This position will work closely with the Communications Director and collaborate with various ministries to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital content that engages, informs, and inspires the church.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Management
    • Create and execute written and visual content strategies across all primary social media platforms.
    • Work closely with video and design teams to create compelling visual content to accompany written communication.
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely posting of content.
    • Interact with online community members, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster a sense of community and connection.
    • Monitor social media metrics and gather insights to refine content strategies, improve engagement, and reach wider audiences.
    • Oversee ministry-specific social media platforms to ensure adherence to best practices and overall quality control.
  • Website Management & Maintenance
    • Regularly update and manage the church’s website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness.
    • Collaborate with other teams and volunteers to improve the website’s visual appeal, functionality, and user experience.
  • Digital Outreach
    • Assist in executing digital campaigns to promote events, fundraisers, community projects, and other church initiatives.
    • Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters and announcements to keep the community informed and engaged.
    • Manage and respond to general church emails.
  • Collaboration & Volunteer Coordination
    • Work with ministry leaders, contractors, interns, and volunteers to develop creative digital content that supports church initiatives.
  • Team Growth & Shepherding
    • Spend intentional time each week recruiting new Communications Team volunteers and building relationships with, shepherding, and caring for existing Communications Team volunteers.
    • Own and manage volunteer recruiting and onboarding processes for the Communications department.
  • Innovation & Trends
    • Stay updated on marketing trends, techniques, and technology to enhance the church’s digital presence and reach.
  • Personal Development
    • Participate in ongoing training and leadership development activities as assigned by the Communications Director or other church leadership.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple social media channels and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, graphics (i.e. Canva), social and web analytics, WordPress, and visual web builders.
  • Basic photography and videography shooting and editing skills a plus.
  • Strong storytelling abilities with a creative eye and proficiency in strategic narrative creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with church staff, volunteers, contractors, vendors, and ministry leaders.
  • A heart for growing, training, and shepherding intern and volunteer teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, graphic design, communications, or similar (or relevant work experience).

PURPOSE

To assist in cleaning and maintaining our facilities by performing routine duties such as mopping, vacuuming, organizing supplies, setting up rooms, removing trash, etc. These hours will be scheduled by the Facilities Coordinator according to the organization’s needs and ministry rhythms so that our facilities reflect a high standard of cleanliness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Removing trash, including loose trash and clutter, from all areas and replacing trash bags in rooms and office spaces.
  • Organizing and restocking general supplies as needed in all areas.
  • Disinfecting and cleaning between/after all services (bathrooms, kids rooms, doors, windows, offices, etc.).
  • Cleaning and maintaining of the floors throughout the building or in assigned zones.
  • Setting up tables and chairs for meetings where needed.
  • Working on preventative maintenance on facilities items including, but not limited to, HVAC filters, water faucets, vacuums, etc.
