One of the most critical roles that exists at JCI as we seek to shepherd, love, and care well for the people of our church and community is the role of Discipleship Group Leader. We are looking for people who have a passion to help others to grow spiritually and to find community. Groups of all different types are needing leaders: home groups, table leaders, care group leaders, men’s/women’s group leaders. The opportunities are many! If helping others to take their next spiritual step in their growth sounds like what your next spiritual step could be, then serving on this team may be for you!
Group leaders serve on whatever day your group meets, which can be flexible depending on the group you want to lead.
