Think of Growth Track as the on-ramp to serving at Journey and beyond. God has made each of us with unique gifts and talents that He wants us to share with others through words and actions. During the Growth Track process, you’ll learn more about your spiritual gifts and how you can use those gifts to glorify the Kingdom of God.
At stepFOUR, you’ll join a ministry team and start serving at Journey! We believe we are called to make a difference in the world, and serving with Team JCI is one of the best ways to have impact on a consistent basis.
