The Warfare of Giving
In “The Warfare of Giving,” we explore the tension between God and money and the spiritual battles that can keep us from trusting God with our generosity. Through Malachi 3, we're challenged to examine what our hearts tell us about money, whether we trust God’s principles of rest and provision, and whether we are faithful stewards of what He has entrusted to us. We learn that as belief shapes behavior and behavior reinforces belief, practicing generosity can deepen our trust in God and bring greater peace to every area of life.
Scripture References: Malachi 3:1-18

In "The Tension", we journey through the book of Malachi and discover what God says about generosity, stewardship, and the condition of our hearts. Because the tension isn’t simply about how much we have—it’s about who has our hearts. Through Malachi’s challenging words, we’ll see that generosity isn’t just something God asks us to do; it’s an invitation to trust Him, honor Him, and participate in what He’s doing in the world. When we put God first, He changes not only the way we handle our money, but the way we live our entire lives.
