WHAT: Micah Ministries is centered around a ministry of home-cooked meals in which faith-based and civic volunteers partner and seek to help our food vulnerable neighbors. From 5:30-7:00 P.M. every Monday, Micah offers a warm meal, hygiene products, clothing, additional food items, pet food, a free medical clinic from Care Beyond the Boulevard, and items to support our house-less neighbors such as blankets, sleeping bags, tents, etc. They are currently serving over 1,000 meals, 200-300 rolls of toilet paper, 250-300 articles of clothing, and 200-300 outdoor survival items (sleeping bags, tarps, tents, etc) each Monday evening. Volunteers must be at least 10 years old to serve and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
